Mode of Action (MoA) AlphaFold 3 predicts a direct interaction between Cas7c (https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/protein/UEM35122.1) and AcrIC10 (ipTM = 0.75, pTM = 0.78).
Evidence Ectopic expression (ECO_0000017) of AcrIC10 in P. aeruginosa strains expressing type I-C CRISPR-Cas system restored plating efficiency of CRISPR-sensitive phages JBD8 and DMS3m. Binding it supported by computational structure modeling evidence (ECO_0006368).
