Overview

Mode of Action (MoA) None
Evidence The DMS3m phage expressing acrIC6 showed only partial restoration of infectivity on PAO1IC (EOP ≈ 0.01), suggesting weak inhibition of the Type I-C system. It also did not relieve repression in CRISPRi assays, leaving its mechanism unclear. AcrIC6 had marginal activity against the Type I-E system as well.
