Overview

Mode of Action (MoA) None
Evidence Although not a primary focus, AcrIE9 was included as a comparison. It was expressed from phage and tested on a P. aeruginosa strain with a Type I-E system. The phage formed plaques efficiently (EOP ≈ 1), and CRISPRi rescue confirmed that AcrIE9 blocks Cascade DNA binding.
