Protein: Gnarl3

Overview

Mode of Action (MoA) None
Evidence gnarl3 (orf92) expression led to increased susceptibility to phage T5 and T4 across multiple hosts. AP-MS identified interactions between gnarl3 and host UDP-glucose biosynthesis proteins (ECO_0001096), especially GalU. Overexpression of galU completely suppressed the gnarl3 phenotype, restoring resistance.
